Q: I want to carry your releases in my store how do I do that?
A: You an email distro@whenslunchrecords.com

Q: Can I order by phone or fax?
A: Sorry, not at this time, however you can order via mail, just email us to make sure we have stock. You can email mailorder@whenslunchrecords.com and we will give you all the details.

Q: Where is my stuff?
A: Canadian orders normally take no longer then 5 business days, orders destained for the United States take about 1 to 2 weeks, International orders vary between 3 to 6 weeks. Please wait a little bit before contacting us. We do not issue tracking numbers unless you have emailed us and had it shipped express.

Q: When do you ship your orders?
A: We normally ship the same day, or next morning that your order is placed, we will send you an email when it does ship out.

Q: Why are your shipping rates so much?
A: The government runs the postal system. USA and Canada orders are pretty standard rate, International order shipping vary between $15.00 and $25.00 depending. We only ship international orders "Airmail" so we at least know you will get it in good condition.

Q: Where else can I buy your releases?
A: Vinyl Collective and Interpunk both carry our releases.

Q: Will you sign our band?
A: No

Q: I have a radio show, zine, blog, internet thing can you send me promo materials or give aways?
A: Maybe, first we should probably know more about you send a copy of your zine, or a web link or something to us. If you don't hear back from us, don't be offended. Email us for more info.

Q: Can I book "Band Name Here"
A: We do not handle bookings contact the bands booking agent or contact them.
